How to use this app?
- Adding tournament data — It is probably best to start with the tournament data, adding all clubs, judges, teams, and team members participating. Note that quick entry is possibly by using the «Tab» and «Enter» keys to switch through entry fields and add new entries.
- Tournament and round-specific settings — Note that most of the tournament settings can be overridden for individual rounds. Other settings are tied to the pairing system, and can be overridden at the pairing screen.
- Saving data — (1) The tournament data and results can be downloaded in a .XSLX format spreadsheet, and includes everything except for settings and certain statistics (as the statistics screen is very dependent on viewing options). (2) The state of the app will be locally saved, for as long as until the web-browser's cache is flushed. This includes tournament data as well as settings and other UI-relatedness.
- Sub-Tournaments — It is possible, but not necessary, to specify sub-tournaments held Sub-tournaments share the judge-pool, rooms, and rounds, but have their specific teams (a team cannot play in two sub-tournaments at once). For example, in the standard NL debating format, there are "Hogerhuis" and "Lagerhuis" sub-tournaments.
